It's the buyers responsibility to do proper required factory start up procedures, factory recommended maintenance, use factory parts and oil with related oil sampling to maintain the factory warranties. It is recommended to consult with your local factory service provider and put together a plan on related service to maintain related warranties.
AirCompressors.ai aka the Seller shall not be responsible nor liable for: a) Consequential, collateral or business losses or damages; b) Equipment conditions caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal conditions of use, accident, neglect or misuse of equipment, improper storage or damages resulting during shipment; c) Deviation from operating instructions, specifications, or other special terms of sales; d) Labor charges, loss or damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance or repairs made by person(s) other than Seller or Factory authorized service centers. e) Improper application of product f) Acts of God
The buyer is responsible for designing a system with redundancy. In any event where a failure occurs, AirCompressors.ai is not liable for any rental, replacement or labor during or after the warranty period.
Shipping;
AirCompressors.ai offers free shipping on most online products to the lower 48 States. We do not offer free shipping to Hawaii & Alaska. Shipping is additional on custom or oversized items.
Shipping; FREIGHT DAMAGE
REMEMBER TO INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY FOR DAMAGES. IF DAMAGED, EITHER REFUSE THE SHIPMENT OR WRITE “DAMAGED” ON THE BOL. If the equipment is accepted w/o inspection, the receiver is responsible for any damage. Signing the BOL free and clear states you accept the machine, free and clear of any damages. Note: AirCompressors.ai is not responsible for any freight damages and claims are the responsibility of the receiver
Limitation of Liability
AirCompressors.ai shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if AirCompressors.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellations happen. Check with the AirCompressors.ai representative to see if there is a restocking fee on the item. Cancellation on custom projects will result in a restocking fee. Fees vary by vendor. If a payment is made via credit card, a refund less the restocking charge will be returned once the equipment has been returned free and clear of any damage and/or usage. If a payment is made via company check, to eliminate any fraudulent transactions, AirCompressors.ai will hold any refund for 30 days. Once the deposit and/or payment has been cleared by the proper authorities, a refund less the restocking charge will be returned once the equipment has been returned free and clear of any damage and/or usage.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AirCompressors.ai without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

AirCompressors.ai may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to AirCompressors.ai.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, U.S.A. without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of AirCompressors.ai products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of AirCompressors.ai products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. AirCompressors.ai's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. AirCompressors.ai may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a AirCompressors.ai or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. CREDIT - Standard N/30 Day Terms
In consideration of the granting and extension of credit by AirCompressors.ai (hereinafter “Seller”), it is hereby agreed that the buyer will promptly pay all sums when due, all collection charges, incurred by Seller, including charges made by a collection agent up to but not exceeding 30% of the principal balance due, and attorney’s fees and court costs. In the event of default on any payment when due, the entire balance, regardless of dating, becomes due and payable. The undersigned further agrees to pay interest at the rate of 18% per year commencing the first day following the due date, or the maximum permitted by State law, whichever is less. By submitting your order, you hereby authorize and give permission to Seller to run a full investigation of your credit history, including but not limited to, obtaining a consumer credit report. You also authorize Seller to contact any credit references listed and hereby give permission to those references to release information. I/we certify that the above information is true and correct, and that I/we can and will comply with your terms. I/we also consent to personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Online Pricing
Our team is not perfect and online prices can be entered incorrectly. AirCompressors.ai can cancel online orders if the online price is incorrect. We will do our best to ensure prices are accurate.
